This is the other song that me and Sharon recorded for our Paris trip. I hope you enjoy it… :)
I've been really getting back into busking lately - playing mainly down by the river in Kingston. It's such a lovely way to spend a day and earn some money. Sitting in the sun in a lovely spot and playing whatever you fancy is a pretty good job description to me… People are so wonderful and encouraging too and it seems to bring a lot of joy to them, which they then share back to me. What I love too is that afterwards, because of the connection that music has made, strangers from the audience will often just come up and start a conversation with me and we'll chat for a while about music and life and to me that's so wonderful. It's not something that happens normally - especially in London and it's so important because it changes your perception of the people you see in a crowd. You begin to see them all as friends you just haven't talked to yet. It's such a thrill that just playing a few songs in the sun helps to create that shift in people….
